You can find information about the availability of a product on every product page. Essential for the status is the release of your order, not the order itself. Parcels are delivered by DHL within 1 to 4 days, products which are delivered by a forwarding company need 5 to 7 work days. The delivery by a forwarding company happens generally between 8am and 4pm.
In case you opened an account, you can always see the current status of our order when you enter the customer center. Furthermore we inform you about the current status via email. Our service hotline is always available for important questions about the expected delivery times.
We point out that there might be delays in delivery which we, as a retailer, can’t influence, especially when it comes to short-term delays on the part of our presupplier.
Depending on order type, mode of shipment, method of payment and delivery address we check your order to guarantee an efficient and reliable processing. In rare exceptional cases it might happen, that in this period of time the availability of a product changes.
