Returns & Refund

If a product should not meet your expectations once, then you have the possibility to return the complete product to us within 14 days of receipt.

Customers with a password-protected customer account also have a voluntary right of return of 90 days from receipt of the product.

Please make sure that your return is complete. Please ensure that the attached labels are not removed and the products are not soiled. In addition, we ask that you send each order to us separately.

Your legal rights/claims for withdrawal and return are not dependent upon the adherence to the following information. Nevertheless we recommend you follow our tips in order to ensure a quick and for both sides satisfactory transaction.

1. Registering the return in advance

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this order. Please use the following contact details for this:

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal within the first 14 days of receipt of the product.

2. Returning products

As an unregistered customer, you must bear the cost of returns. Please send us the product in its original packaging (if still available), packed within another package as a prepaid parcel within 14 days of your notification of exercising your right to cancellation.

If possible, please enclose the following sample cancellation form filled out with your data as well as a copy of the invoice. If you are unable to print, please include a note with your name, address and contact details (phone number, e-mail address) as well as - importantly - the invoice number. Please also do not forget to include your account details. Specifying the reason for return is optional, but it does help us to make you better offers in the future.

How is my money returned??
To ensure a quick refund, please enclose the return note, a copy of the invoice or your own information note. The amount will always be refunded by the same means as you paid for your order. In the case of transfer returns and in particular for international transfers, we will require your IBAN and BIC number, especially for international transfers. The average processing time for this is approx. 2-14 days.

Please ensure that your returned item is unused and undamaged. Only then are we able to return the full sum of your initial purchase.

If you would like a new delivery, e.g. in a different colour or another size, please order the desired item again in our online shop.

Complaints due to defects or errors
Is the product defective or incomplete? If you discover a defect in the product upon removing the packaging or if the scope of delivery does not correspond to the enclosed invoice or to your order, please send us an e-mail with photos to We will then contact you immediately and inform you about the next steps.
