A sledgehammer is a tool of the stonemason. It can also be described as a special kind of sledgehammer. The butt of the buttocks points in the direction of the stem and is sharp-edged. Often two Finns worked. On the hammerhead side, the hammer is flat. Usual is the use of this tool to cut off protruding stone. The butt is placed with the fin down and on the plan part of the hammer head is hit with a heavy tool, such as a sledgehammer or fist.
